Dunn Blount Chapter of the American Inn of Court
Christene M. Ertl has been re-elected as Treasurer of the Dunn Blount Chapter of the American Inn of Court. American Inns of Court are designed to improve the skills, professionalism and ethics of the bench and bar. An American Inn of Court is an amalgam of judges, lawyers, and in some cases, law professors and law students. She recently attended their first annual state-wide leadership meeting that was held in conjunction with the Florida Bar’s Annual Convention in Orlando Florida. |

Christene M. Ertl and Erum S. Kistemaker recently presented the “Community Associations – Legislative Update” at the Building Association Managers of Central and Northeast Florida Professional organization meeting in Daytona Beach.

Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law

Ms. Ertl and Ms. Kistemaker are members of the Condominium and Construction Committees of The Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar. The purposes of the Condominium and Construction Committees are:
To provide an organization within The Florida Bar for persons with an interest in real property and encourage the knowledge and practices of members in those areas of the law;
To assist in developing real property law, and to serve the public generally and The Florida Bar in interpreting and carrying out the public and professional needs and objectives in the fields of real property;
To develop standards for ethical and competent practice in real property;
To develop and maintain professional relationships between real property, probate and trust lawyers and other groups; and
To improve the implementation and application of laws, rules and regulations in the fields of real property and to accomplish legislative objectives and to improve the administration of real property laws.

3. Enter Daytona Beach in the “City” section and scroll down to Florida using the blue drop down arrow in the “State” section.
4. Click the orange “Go” button to the right of these sections. |

5. Select the first option by clicking on the blue “Ertl & Kistemaker Business Law Group” link.
6. On the middle of the page, under “Client Rating” and “Peer Review,” click the blue hyperlink titled “Submit a Review.”
7. A new window will open with the heading “Martindale-Hubbell Client Review.”
8. After filling out the review questions, click “Submit Review” at the bottom right hand corner.
