The Callan Group, LLC, respects, values and wants to protect the privacy of our customers and our customer's clients. The following privacy policy and anti-spam policy will provide information about how our company uses the data collected for business services.

These policies apply to the The Callan Group, LLC website, products and services that are located in the server.thecallangrp.com, thecallangrp.com domains and any other sites owned or operated by The Callan Group, LLC (the "Sites"). DATA COLLECTION
We are the sole owner of data collected on the Sites. Our Sites offer opportunities for subscribers to register for informational resources including but not limited to emails, webinars, vLogs, blogs, etc. We will not share, sell or rent any information we obtain with any third parties. Data collection may be identified as subscriptions, marketing materials, correspondence, seminars and networking. Subscribers always have an opportunity to withdraw their participation or opt-out at any time.

We keep track of activity on our Sites using log files. We collect data, such as IP address, browser type, browser version, links you click on to leave our Sites, pages viewed, devices used to find our Sites, click-through activity, the number of messages sent and more. We use this information to provide tailored marketing approaches and service offerings.

Our clients provide us with their email contact lists in which they have obtained through their circle of influence including opt-in, marketing materials, seminars, networking and business-related events. The sole purpose of our client's database is to allow The Callan Group, LLC to communicate their message to their clients. The Callan Group, LLC would never sell, share or rent the client's email database for any reason. In the event that the client does not honor the terms and conditions of their contract, they then waive this option. The Callan Group, LLC would then have the ability to contact the client database to access the recipient's desire to receive future correspondence in related fields. At any point, in all mailings, there is an opt-out option to immediately stop future mailings. The client has the option at the time of contract signing to void out that option.

PRIVACY
Safeguards are in place to protect all information collected by the Sites and our clients. We make regular routine technical advancements to ensure security of all content. Our servers and systems are backed up in multiple locations. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee absolute protection due to the instability of the World Wide Web. There are no warranties as to the effectiveness of our security and assume no liability for security breaches or any failure in the security of your computer equipment, your internet service provider or other networks and communications providers.
In a situation where law enforcement authorities are undergoing an investigation, we may be required to disclose your personal information.

OPT-OUT
You always have the choice to opt-out from any mailings received by following a link in the footer of all email messages sent by us or by emailing us at support@thecallangrp.com. If you believe that you have received an unsolicited commercial email from us on behalf of any of our customers, you may report it to us at abuse@thecallangrp.com and we will investigate the compliant within 24 hours. From time-to-time we see recipients that have forwarded their email address to another email address. In that case, our system will not be able to unsubscribe the recipient unless the proper email address is submitted in the opt-out form. In cases like that please contact support@thecallangrp.com with the name of the client in which you want to be removed along with your old email address so that you can be manually removed within 24 hours.
