SUPERB scours the state scouting, recruiting, training and building an army of kids who reject bullying in their schools. As we scout the state, we look for students who:

1. Attend a school that is experiencing bullying
2. Show leadership potential
3. Have experienced bullying as the victim, perpetrator or by-stander.

We provide schools with a team of Marriage and Family Therapists to train students, parents and teachers on anti-bullying techniques using our award winning curriculum developed by Nova Southeastern University. We then provide on-going support on how to lead SUPERB Clubs in their school. The results have been remarkable and immediate:
• Reporting of dangerous situations increases by 20%
• 89% of teachers of teachers now feel comfortable personally handling a bullying situation
• 91% of teachers now feel that their school is prepared for any bullying situation.

Had their students not had access to SUPERB, statistics say that:
• 69% would personally witness bullying this month
• 43% would be uncomfortable or would refuse to tell an adult that they witnessed violence
• 73% would witness poor behavior this week
